We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase from RadiatorStore.uk. Here’s a summary of our policy on returns and cancellations.

Returning Your Order

Please do not send any items back to our address without speaking to our team first.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. After you let us know, you then have another 14 days to return the items. This doesn't apply to special made-to-order products.

For a successful return, all items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all fixings and fittings included. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and ensuring they are well-protected for the journey back. We can't issue a full refund if the item isn't in a re-sellable condition.

We may charge a restocking fee for non-faulty returns, and this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

What to do if your order is damaged

Please check your items for any cosmetic damage within 48 hours of delivery. If you find any, you must report it to us within this timeframe. We'll need photos of the damage to process a free replacement. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or offer replacements for damaged items reported after 48 hours.

Important: Please do not fit or install any damaged radiators. Once an item is fitted, it's considered accepted, and we can no longer replace it for damage that should have been spotted before installation.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We will only accept returns and provide refunds if the goods are not fit for purpose or are not as described. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us for our inspection, and any refund will be at the discretion of our management.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

Once an order for a bespoke item is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This includes:

  • Any product with a special colour (RAL) or finish.

  • All cast-iron radiators.

  • Pre-filled electric radiators.

General Information

All refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless you inform us otherwise in writing.

RadiatorStore.uk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or business. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.Contact Us
